"My family has been with State Farm since we moved ot California in 1963. We have had several agents since that time and all have provided excellent service. I have been helped by Maryory Valls, the account manager several times in the last couple of years and am very pleased with timeliness and quality of the information. "I had a very positive experience in the State Farm office regarding receiving Ms. Maryory Basulto Valls, Account Manager assistance regarding reaching my Corporate office when I was unable to receive help from no one in my State Farm claims office * I must say I had received nothing but professionalism, she was kind and didn’t treat me like a stranger , in her office place of employment she knew just what to do . For me to Scan or email an urgent seventeen page Court documents to the Corporate office to assist me for not getting in trouble . Okay afterwards I was assigned a new claims , due to my original claims person told me he is leaving town . and Thanks to Ms. Maryory Basulto Valls . My accidental claims case is well on the way in production with a newly assigned Claims person an assignment of referral of an Attorney with me on the receiving end my claims filling , I felt like she was just like Super 🦸♀️Women by saving the day/ my court date was running in to an expirations date . But she acted with great knowledge & experience of to know just what to do . I will be forever be grateful 🤵🏾♀️ Sincerely, Ms. Ethel Sunni Medina ."

"We have been a State Farm customer for over 30 years and have been very happy. We recently switched our account to this office because in the last year, it became increasingly difficult to reach our previous agent. Since we were happy with State Farm for their rates and claims response, we called around looking for a new agent. This was the only office who answered their phone during business hours-not a message machine. They helped us through the transfer process, were always available to talk to, and called when they said they would. Made us feel valued. I am writing a review today after calling to make policy changes. For the first time, got a machine, but as we were leaving the message, Karina called us first! She made all the changes in a few minutes and was so pleasant to speak with. Very professional and friendly. So happy we made the switch!"
